Return Policy

Angelsoftshoes will gladly exchange shoes within 5days of receipt. All items must be in original condition and proof of purchase must be retained. We do not refund, however items can be exchanged. Should there be a manufacturer default, special arrangements will be made.

Should you wish  to exchange or return for sizing, the cost of delivery will be paid by the customer.

Delivery

Orders are processes and despatched within 24hours.

There will be no delivery charge for orders over R1000. Angelsoftshoes customers will be able to track their items. You will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number. We use Fastway Couriers to courier or the local post office if you fall under an outlying area. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout and outlying areas will be charged accordingly.

Our parcels are sent from our offices in Durban.

Delivery time: Local (KZN) orders take 3-4 days

Cape Town/JHB -4-5days. These days are based on working days
